In Wärmekabinen werden Heizelemente verwendet, die elektrisch erhitzt werden. Die Umgebungstemperatur der Infrarot-Wärmekabine (Raumtemperatur) sollte mindestens 18° C betragen.
Infrared radiation is emitted from the hot surface of the radiators, which, depending on the model and design, is in the infrared A-B-C range.
Unlike other heating methods, this infrared radiation is extremely effective because it only heats the body it comes into contact with.
Approximately 80-85% of the energy used directly heats the body and only a small portion of the radiant heat heats the air, as is the case with a traditional sauna. Here, the sauna heater has the task of heating the air. The heat bath can begin after only about 10-15 minutes.

Therefore, we recommend:
Start your heat bath at a cabin temperature of 40°C, as preheating the cabin to higher temperatures for longer periods of time only wastes energy and takes a very long time.
Once you are sitting in the cabin, the infrared radiation has a body that can now be heated. The cabin now reaches higher temperatures much faster.
It is recommended that you adjust the temperature of the cabin to suit your fitness and health. The ideal cabin temperature is between 45 and 55°C.
Open the ventilation slider to achieve better air circulation. The ideal session duration is approx. 30 min. (+/- 5 min) per session. Adjust the time spent in the heat cabin to your physical condition. Experience has shown that some users have to “learn” how to sweat.
During their first visits to the heat cabin, they need a longer time before they start sweating.
After a period of acclimatization, users can achieve a significantly higher sweat rate in a heat cabin than in a
sauna. Therefore, only one session per visit is sufficient, rather than several sessions as with a traditional sauna.
After you have finished your heat bath and left the cabin, you should allow your body a short rest period. You will also sweat profusely.
Then take a lukewarm (not cold) shower so that your relaxed muscles do not immediately contract or cramp up again.
